POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – The Marist softball team's Spring Break trip continues with five games in California from Thursday-Friday.
After six games in Arizona, the Red Foxes will take part in the Mizuno Classic, hosted by University of the Pacific. Marist will play five games from Thursday through Friday.

- The Red Foxes are 9-12 overall, and went 2-4 in games played in Arizona from Friday through Tuesday.
- Marist went 2-3 at Bear Down Fiesta, hosted by Arizona, and dropped its most recent game against nationally-ranked Arizona State on Tuesday night.
- Miah McDonald was named MAAC Player of the Week on Tuesday. She leads the Red Foxes in home runs, runs batted in, stolen bases, slugging percentage, and OPS.
- Shea Walsh has a team-best .371 batting average. Caroline Baratta has a team-high 13 runs scored.
- In the circle, Kiley Myers leads the Red Foxes in wins, innings pitched, ERA, WHIP, and saves.
- Iowa State is 15-9 overall, and is coming off a 3-2 performance at the Louisville Slugger Invitational, hosted by Long Beach State and Cal State Fullerton. The Cyclones won the only previous meeting against the Red Foxes in 2011.
- Pacific is 7-17 this season, and most recently went 1-3 at the Mustang Classic last weekend, hosted by Cal Poly. In the only previous meetings between the teams, Marist swept a doubleheader in 2019.
- Sacramento State is 12-12, and also competed in the Louisville Slugger Invitational this past weekend, going 1-4 but closing it out with a win over Iowa State. In the only previous meetings between the teams, Sacramento State swept a doubleheader against the Red Foxes in 2019.
- Santa Clara is 12-17 this season, and went 1-4 in the Silicon Valley Classic II Tournament this past weekend. The Red Foxes are 3-1 against the Broncos all-time, most recently recording a victory in 2019.
