POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – The Marist water polo team will ship up to Boston, Massachusetts for two games at the Harvard Invite on Saturday, March 5th. This trip will be the team's sixth road trip of the year.

• Vs. Cal State East Bay – Saturday @ 10:15 a.m.
• Vs. Cal Lutheran – Saturday @ 2:15 p.m. 

Vs. Cal State East Bay

• Marist played Cal State East Bay earlier this year at the Santa Clara Invite and won 16-13. The Red Foxes are 4-0 against Cal State all-time.
• Madeline Schultz scored four goals in the overtime win. Victoria Padilla, Kaylee Brard, Viktoria Orlova, and Shinae Carrington all found the back of the net multiple times in the last matchup.
• The Pioneers are 6-5 this year.
• Five of their losses have come against top 25 opponents, including the Red Foxes. 

Vs. Cal Lutheran

• Marist is 3-0 against Cal Lutheran all-time.  
• Their last matchup came in 2018 when Marist came out on top 5-3.  
• Cal Lutheran is 3-3 this year.  
• Each of their games have been decided by less than five goals. They keep it close with everyone they play.

Following the Harvard Invite, Marist will hit the road once again for the ASU Invite in Tempe, Arizona from March 12th to March 13th. They will play Azuza Pacific, ASU, Harvard, and Ottawa.
