POUGHKEEPSIE, New York- The Marist men's soccer team earned their first MAAC Weekly Award of the 2023 season. Goalkeeper Luca Bulfon was honored with MAAC Defensive Player of the Week for an impressive performance against Florida Atlantic University.

Bulfon in the match against the Owls stopped five shots on goal while in net. The Red Foxes goalkeeper earned his first clean sheet at Marist. The Red Foxes ended in a draw against the Owls 0-0, from the impressive work of Bulfon.

Bulfon started the season with a 1-1-1 overall record in net for the Red Foxes. The graduate student has allowed two goals in three games and collecting 17 saves.
