POUGHKEEPSIE, New York -- The Marist softball team will opening its home and Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference schedules as the Red Foxes face Quinnipiac in a three-game series. The teams will play a doubleheader on Friday, and the final game is set for Sunday at Gartland Field. T

On Friday, first pitch of game one is set for 12:15 p.m.. The game on Sunday is set to begin at noon.

• The Red Foxes are 18-8 on the season
• Marist went 7-4 on its Spring Break trip, with a 6-1 record in Florida, and a 1-3 mark in California.
• Anna Sidlowski was named MAAC Rookie of the Week this past week. The Freshman had an ERA of 1.40 across 20 innings this past weekend, in addition to three hits, an RBI, a run scored, a walk, and a sacrifice fly. Sidlowski has a team-high eight wins.
• Haley Ahr leads the team with a .427 batting average.
