Claremont, CA – The Marist water polo team is set to travel to California for a pair of matches on Friday and Saturday. The #21 ranked Red Foxes will take on CUI, Chapman, Santa Clara, and USC, who are tied for #1 ranked nationally.
The Red Foxes enter the Convergence tournament at 6-5 overall, with a 2-0 conference record.
- The Red Foxes won three out of four at the Bronco Invitational, defeating #20 University of the Pacific.
- Game one: 18-16 win vs #20 University of the Pacific.
- Game two: 10-9 win over #22 CSUN.
- Inés Sánchez saved 18 shots and Rachel Dean scored a hat trick.
