POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – The Marist University softball team (17-18 overall, 11-2 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference) returns home to Gartland Field on Tuesday, when the Red Foxes host Sacred Heart (15-19, 10-4) for a doubleheader.

First pitch of game one is set for 1 p.m. Both games will air on the Red Fox Network.

- Marist took two out of three in a MAAC series at Iona last weekend.
- After dropping the first game 8-3 on Friday, the Red Foxes bounced back for a 2-1 win in the second game. Marist closed out the series with a seventh-inning comeback on Saturday to defeat Iona 3-2.

- The Red Foxes swept a three-game series at Sacred Heart last season, winning by scores of 5-0, 12-0, and 4-3.
