"Today as a whole was great" said head coach
Chris Vidale. "You definitely got all the sides of water polo in the good, the bad and the ugly. We played St. Francis, had an early lead and were dominant in the beginning but then we decided to stop playing a little bit and when you do that at the Division 1 level you let teams back in...making the postseason is huge for the program. It keeps us viable and current in the water polo scene but it's pride. This program means so much to my athletes and to not be there when it's at home, it's good to be there and keep this streak running."
UP NEXT:
Marist is back in action on Saturday, April 14 at Villanova (3 PM), vs VMI (7:30 PM) and vs Wagner (10:30 a.m.) on Sunday.Â
