Marist To Play Siena In Pink Out Match On Facebook Live

Editor's Note: Watch the attached video to hear about how breast cancer has affected the family members of some of the Red Foxes and what playing in this Pink Out match means to them.

POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – The Marist volleyball team (10-11, 7-3 MAAC) will continue its five-match home stand when it hosts arch Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference rival Siena at 7 p.m. Friday, October 20.

Friday will be the Red Foxes' Pink Out match to raise funds and awareness for breast cancer. Marist will be selling pink Marist Volleyball T-shirts for $10 with all proceeds going to the Miles of Hope Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides funds, support services, and outreach for people affected by breast cancer within the eight counties of the Hudson Valley. The Red Foxes will also wear pink jerseys for the contest.

If you are unable to attend the Friday evening match live stats will be available and the contest will be broadcast exclusively through Facebook Live on the Marist Athletics Facebook page. Geoff Brault will handle play by play duties and Mike Cahill will provide color analysis.
